I love nothing more than a successful shopping day and new accessories to add to my collection. I went to the mall with a friend and purchased lots of new goodies. In the this picture is 1 of the 2 chained headbands that was purchased from Forever21 (gold), I also have it in silver ($3.80 each).
Aldo is probably one of my favorite stores, not only for their shoes, but their accessories as well. I cannot explain how much I absolutely love my necklace ($8.00)! This is the perfect size for me, but for my ladies who enjoy larger pendents, or who prefer silver rather than gold, Aldo has quite a selection to chose from.
I decided to go with a more natural look today, I used the color Sin (Urban Decay Naked 1 paette) on my eye lids, cut my crease with the color Buck (Urban Decay Naked 1 palette) and blended it up, then used a purple in my crease (BH Cosmetics 180 palette, 5th Edition). I also placed some glitter on my lids (I apologize, I do not know the name of the glitter), then added my favorite lashes from Ardell #120 demi (I purchased this from Ulta $3.99). I lined my lower lash line with Mac’s Feline and black eyeshadow for a more dramatic effect, and used Mac’s Zoom Lash Mascara. To fill in my eyebrows, I used Mac’s Brow Liner in the color; Dipdown, and applied it on with an angle brush.
To help create this look, I used Mac’s Studio sculpt in NC45 (I applied my foundation on with a beauty blender), my concealer was from a color correcting palette (I mix 2 shades and there is no name, so my apologies). The highlighter I used to help create this look is Mac’s Soft and Gentle. To contour my cheekbones, Mac’s Refined Golden was used, then I dabbed just a little of Mac’s Springsheen blush (just on the apples of my cheeks).
I lined my lips with Make Up For Ever Aqua Lip liner in 3C, I used Mac’s Viva Glam II and topped it off with Mac’s Pro Longwear Lipglass in the color; Infinitely Likable.
Thank you for viewing and I hope you enjoyed this look.
